Quitters are good. If somebody is playing a bad match it is better to have them quit rather than have them in your team scoring a very bad kdr.
2v4 or 3v4 situations give an advantage to the team with less players as they can kill only 3 of you at a time…
And I’d pay to hae people quitting rather than loosing a match due to someone scoring 1:16. If somebody is playing bad or their skill is to low compared to other players they are not useful they are weight you have to carry with you.
So anybody is happier if people can quit, in arenas matches at least.

You are free to have your opinion. But what I meant is that not always quitting is bad and trust me if your squad is decent getting out of a 3v4 slayer victorius isn’t impossible.
The kind of matches that should be subject to bans in my opinions are long games as quitting those get ruined when someone wuits but slayer and swat should not need ban in my opinion as they are very short matches and loosing 1 man isn’t something to hard to survive. CTF on the other hand does need the coop of the entire team.

Quitting to protect your stats isn’t any sort of noble cause. If anything, it’s one of the more selfish reasons for quitting. And by quitting, you expose yourself to the consequences set up by 343i. And despite having paid money to play this game, you still–like all of us–must follow the rules of usage that 343i sets up, which includes their matchmaking rules. So yes, they can ban you, and will if you idle, DNF, betray, or intentionally suicide.

Doesn’t matter how much money you put into the game, you’re subject of the ToS, CoC and game rules just like the rest of us.
Given the reasons you have for quitting, honest you are though so kudos for that, then you do deserve your ban.

I’m not sure if anyone else likes it, but i hate it when they randomly put me into a game. Better enough, I’m always on a losing team because, either my teammates quit, or not very good… And for me to join a game where the losing team are nearly destroyed is aggravating. Guys I respect your opinion, I should be banned for quitting games like breakout and slayer. But in my opinion, quitting for game lag is stupid. I respect 343 previously banning me for quitting games. What I won’t respect is them banning me for disconnections, game lag , or something retarded. I won’t respect that . Halo reach’s banning system was good . In a way it was bad. 343 needs to know that constantly banning people is gonna piss a lot of people off. I’m not saying they shouldn’t ban but at least don’t ban for long and for stupid reasons. I will respect anyone’s opinion about this but I won’t always agree with it . In my opinion, all the people that just started to play halo 5 , need to avoid things like breakout and slayer, not saying they shouldn’t play it but just don’t play breakout in your first game. Do campaign a bit, get used to the game.

In my opinion, all the people that just started to play halo 5 , need to avoid things like breakout and slayer, not saying they shouldn’t play it but just don’t play breakout in your first game. Do campaign a bit, get used to the game.

So the games where I quit is usually because of that. 343 can’t honestly ban me from the game I paid 250$ for, and yes I bought the collectors edition, and also spend over 100$ on this game, this even my favorite halo, but being banned for 3 days I honestly don’t deserve. I rest my case.

I’m pointing out contradictory aspects. It also comes up when you check your profile, I got curious what kind of K/D you’re sitting on when you stated that you quit to preserve your K/D.
