So I was playing slayer on Halo 5, finished my game and won it, then right after it shows all the people on the winning teams and goes back to the lobby, instead of showing the normal screen, it just gives me a blank screen which I can’t get out of unless I go to my Xbox home and quit the halo game itself, then when I get back on halo, it says I got banned for 8 hours for quitting, in the first place, that glitch was what made the game think I quit ( the blank screen) and it really got me mad because it was the games fault and not mine, 363 really has to fix stuff like this.
I left a game and was banned for 40 minutes so I waited then I came back 40 minutes later and it said I was banned for 2 hours so I waited 2 hours, I came back 2 hours later and it said I was banned for 8 hours so I came back after 8 hours and I was banned for 14 hours so I slept woke and loaded the game and it said I had 10 minutes left so I waited 10 minutes, then I cam back and it said I was banned for 3 days, I waited 3 days and then luckily I was able to play for about three hours before getting banned for a whole week. Can a moderator help me please?? 
If someone can get me contacted to them please tell me I would really appreciate it. Please I feel like this is a serious issue.

I happened to notice that 7 out of your last 10 Warzone matches were DNFs. I also noticed that you have played alot of Arena today (2 DNFs out of your last 10 Arena games), as well as several games 7/14, and several games 7/11 before that. So assuming you got banned on 7/11 for 3 days, came back and played 7/14, then how were you able to play on 7/14 and 7/15 if you received a week-long ban 3 hours after the 3-day ban?
Also, you have quite the history of DNFs in your career. Almost every page of your game history has at least 1 DNF since the launch of Halo 5. This probably means that the banhammer has built up a profile for you and flags you as a habitual quitter, meaning that it will be quite sensitive towards your DNFs and will hand out longer bans more rapidly. You’ll want to consider not quitting if you do quit, or troubleshoot your internet connection if you are experiencing disconnects.

4/10 of your last 10 Arena matches are DNF. The game does not punish you for a single exit/ Glitch of a game. It’s 343 btw

1 Thing I’d like to add is when I get done with a game it sometimes says couldnt connect or something, that makes me think that your auto ban thing is asumes that I quit, also I feel like these bans are false I wasn’t able to play between the 40 minute ban through the 3 day, then I was able to play somewhere around 3 hours before getting this week long ban.

maybe you use a glitches or cheats, or have a bad conduct
I was banned earlier in the day for quitting when I hadn’t quit a single match, ok fine I’ll put up with your stupid broken ban, whatever. I turn off my console via auto off while I was in the main menu. I try to sign back on about 11 hours later and it strikes me with the ban hammer AGAIN after not having played a single match or done anything. This is awful customer service for a game on the decline. If you’re trying to chase away some people who are still playing this game then you’re doing a great job at it. Congrats 343.
Even if players do quit, ascending the bans for quitting beyond a few hours is absolutely ludicrous, some players connections isn’t completely reliable. And sometimes YOUR SYSTEM glitches out where the game leaves you no choice after the game is over but to restart your game because it’s trying to load post game carnage as well as search for another match but it gets stuck in limbo. You literally leave us with no option half the time because it’s broken. If you’re in a game in progress say Team Arena and two of your team mates leave and you’re getting absolutely demolished 1. That isn’t fun 2. It ruins your K/D. Do you really expect me to sit there and just get ganged up on time and time again? PLEASE 343 for the love of god reform this system because I’ve tried to come back to the game after hearing you guys were trying to add interesting new things but you’re making it darn well near impossible to play. My suggestion to you is to cap the ban length for DNF at 3 hours or so. Handing out bans that last upwards of a week because of shaky connections on the users end or awful UI glitches with YOUR SYSTEM isn’t a good way to retain this user base that for the first time in a while is back on the rise.
Here’s some more food for thought, perhaps consider having the ban hammer system periodically refresh itself so if players for whatever quit one game or lag out they aren’t banned for huge periods of time. If a player had quit a handful of games 6 months ago, and lags out of a game now are you really going to restrict them from playing for a week at a time? I’ll say it again, extended length bans for DNF’s is really going to chase away a huge portion of your audience, and not everyone is willing to just endlessly play Warzone for a long time.
I’ve looked back, yes there were some games I quit. My next question is, does quitting Warzone Firefight count towards getting you banned in regards to Arena? That’s not a very wise decision. Leaving warzone should result in you being banned from Warzone. Is a ban not able to take effect until you sign on. If you quit a game, then in the middle of the next game you turn off your Xbox, you don’t play for a month, you come back, is the ban just then going to take effect?
I play grief ball a lot, and it is normal to accidentally kill a teammate every once in a while… You should make your banning system more forgiving for people whom frequently play grief ball… (I was banned…)
So I like how they do not say that when the server drops you out they immediately ban you now. It seems that every update (from my perspective) degenerates the matchmaking servers. This issue did not appear until after the first major update. And like a leak in a roof with a rainy season, it has worsened with every update. (Again in my opinion)! I know for myself its an issue when I literally just start to load a match and it boots me. I go back to the screen to await my friends finishing the game (that I was just booted from) and low and behold banhammer 40min. This is especially weird because it happens a ton more with joining a fireteam, then when I load in by myself! Wow 343 this is rediculous! Now I will say I have quit a match or two but 90% of the time I will take my lickings like the next person and push forward. So your telling me that 343 cannot code a game to distinguish (quit from boot) wich results in everything looking as if you just quit. Wow! My win/loss shows my sportsmen like conduct and overall KD is decent. I work on improving it when I’m not being kicked and banned, because they deem my internet “not worthy”. They should put a warning on their box that says if your internet is not this high, you will hate this game lol! I guess you can hope they learn from this for Halo 6. Or they’ll just keep losing fans to other developers that actually want people to play & enjoy thier games!
And I got banned again for leaving too many matches!?!?! I litterly left 1 match this morning cuz i raged but then later on i had to leave cuz i had to go do something but then after i done another SWAT match then i disconnected and then i got banned for 2 hours and 47 minutes! WTF?!?!?!?
OK ban finished yesterday,played 2 games (did not quit out or lose connection),got banned for 30 minutes,then played 1 game got banned for 8 hours(did not quit out or lose connection).this is BS,hopefully when Battlefield 5 arrives i won;t have to play this anymore,i used to love Halo,but now it just -Yoink!- me off .

Can someone please tell me why i was banned from halo 5 online straight after i had played a game… i have not quit games and i have not been an idiot whilst playing a game (unlike some people).
The only thing i do is try to play ie breakout, wait for ages, get fed up so try arena and play that.
Looks like i am now banned for 8hrs… if this is what i get for buying halo 5 and paying a yearly fee for playing online… i might as well buy a playstaion.
