Very disappointing being dropped from a ranked game then banned for it . Smh please fix this asap
I got baned on halo 5. 5 times and ive only had for 3days. Its bull -Yoink-. And im thinking one of then -Yoinking!- fagets reported my gammer tag., it bad i got reported for nothing. Like for real i cant even talk to anyone cause of suspended. And i got banbed and cooldown time. Wow halo. If someone can bann people. Its -Yoink-. Maby little kids. What ever. If its halo that not cool and bull -Yoink- and -Yoink- off. Im going to sell my game cause all this -Yoinked!- up stupid -Yoink-. So kiss my -Yoink-. I say too all its not wirth geting but for storry mode. I dont even care about that good bye halo 5.

The system records your DNF (did not finish) as quitting. Regardless of whether you got disconnected. Since July 4 youāve had at least 8 DNFs. This is probably a contributing factor to your ban.
Voice banningā¦youāre being not exactly diplomatic in your voice communications and got called on it.
play the game, donāt quit. Just a suggestion if you want to be able to play with your friends.

If you are actually disconnecting that much then maybe you should look for the problem on your end, server disconnects donāt show up. Look at my warzone game history last night, I had a true server disconnect where all of the AI froze but the spartans could still move around and it kicked us back to the lobby. Do you see a Dnf?

OK.just checked my router settings,My UPnP was on,so i have disabled that,just have to wait 6 days and 20 hours to see if it works.

More than likely that was just when the banhammer caught up to you, takes it a bit.
This ban hammer clearly needs some adjustments. This is simply outrageous.

I think itās ridiculous that players are essentially being punished for the internet they are using at home. What if someone wants to play Halo but canāt afford to get more reliable internet service? They are supposed to just live with being banned for something thatās out of peopleās control? The banning system needs to be improved so it can differentiate between deliberate game-ditching and dropping out due to a server/internet disconnect. Honestlyā¦ This makes me glad to not have Halo 5, an XB1, or subscription fees.

Whether people quit or drop out due to their internet, they are still impacting the enjoyment of others. Tos for xbox live clearly states that you will maintain a good internet connection.
I am almost always banned if I leave a game, and I didnāt purposefully leave. The usual ālost connection to serverā error comes up and boots me from the game. Although the ban is very short and temporary, it still is annoying because I know that the ban has nothing to do with my internet connection.
This problem should be fixed because it is not our fault the the Halo 5 servers are unreliable.

So I was playing Halo 5 arena 2v2, and my teammate wasnāt doing too well so he just left the game. And obviously that didnāt make me very happy, in fact it made my score plummet. And a couple deaths later- BOOM! I was banned because my teammate left the game. Why did I get banned for another playerās misconduct? Another time, I was playing 4v4 and all the sudden a screen popped up, I had lost the connection. So I thought to myself, āIts okay I can just join another match,ā but I couldnāt, because I was banned! Iāve never actually killed another player, but I have been killed numerous times by other players, and before you ask, yes I did report them, but instead of them getting in trouble, I did, and guess what? Youāre right, I was banned. Iāve been ran over by speeding warthogs, shot by tanks and banshees, but yet I am the one getting banned. I havenāt even had the game for more than a week. But Iāve been banned numerous times for other playerās mistakes. 343 needs to fix their banning system, like now. This is unacceptable, 343 you need to get rid of the ability to harm teammates, and donāt tell me its hard, or it affects the game, because it needs to happen. And if this message doesnāt reach 343, well then I guess weāre all dead. THIS GAME IS BROKEN, PLEASE FIX IT!

But im not losing connection during the match its at the end when the scores come up,i hope disabling the UPnP cures it but i have to wait 6 days to find out.
