I got banned for 15 mins for quitting a 4v2 strongholds. What a joke.
It is a bit silly. I got a 15 minute ban due to losing connection from 2 WZ:FF matches. I got to the third round of the first match, no lag whatsoever then all of a sudden I lose connection. I decided it was a fluke and tried another match but was booted as soon as the opening sequence began to play. When I saw the āBanhammerā message afterwards, I just rolled my eyes. My internet connection is typically fantastic. I play with my console linked directly to my router and on a wireless connection I usually get about 80mbps. This is the first time in recent memory that I have disconnected from the server of any game with my current setup. I doubt this is on my side so I feel like Iām being punished because of a hiccup in 343ās servers.
Can anyone tell me why twice in the same night, I play one game and part way through get booted for connection, and then my ban is for 20 minutes? Twice in the same night. Pretty confused.
I was banned because the game disconnected after the game ended I relaunched the game it said the banhammer strikes 1hour ban. What about accidental suicide. I was sniping and I was scoped in looking for the blues I was going to shoot I my Allie walked in front of me and died.

I know how you feel I was alone against the whole team in stronghold I never got any allies so I left

So Iām starting to notice some issues coming from yalls end of the site. First off too many people are getting banned for stupid bs reasons. I recently as in 2 minutes ago as of 1:15 pm est on Sun. July 3 2016 for griefing which by what yalls say is cheating pardon my french but how the living Jesus Christ did I cheatt in a match I went negative and have gone negative the last two rounds in swat. I mean seriously no moded system, or controller, no lag switching, no aim bots nothing. And yet because Iāve lost 2 many times apparently and my previous play time was 7 wins in a row I suddenly am cheating. Bs like this Pisses me off I have supported yall for as long as I can remember no matter what has Com I have supported yall. And everyone here has 343 if yall donāt get your crap together your gonna lose the rest of us because we are getting tired of the -Yoink- banhammers for no reason constantly changing content. Some good some bad but those of use who play to have who follow the rules are getting over shadowed by the few who want to go team killing and constantly quieting because they get pissy because seine has killed them repeatedly. Weather u care about us or not makes no difference but when u have made enough people mad your gonna go under and u will have no one to blame but you. Donāt know where you heard that āgriefingā = ācheatingā, but that is not the case. Griefing generally refers to misbehavior against fellow players, like betraying. Idling and intentional suicides might also qualify as griefing.

Dnfās donāt reset or go away, and you have a ton of Dnfās, if it keeps disconnecting or you keep quitting the bans will get longer and longer.
I was mid game in a Breakout match and got kicked multiple times within a 3 game span and I am now banned for an hour. Absolutely ridiculous because itās literally not my fault or the internet. Iām also in the my Xbox Live party when this happens so itās not like I go offline. Its absurd

You can look at game history all you like,it just says DNF,not disconnected,i do not quit out,at the end some games it will say lost connection,why would i quit out when im finishing in the top 3 most of the games,there is problem with the game,its not me quiting,iv tried uninstalling and reloading the game,its funny how its only Halo 5 im having trouble with,so it must be Halo 5,343 must know there is a problem,they need to SORT IT OUT.

Didnāt say you were quitting. H5 is a lot pickier on the network side, make sure your NAT is open, run wired connection instead of wireless and open ports on router for H5 and that should solve your issues. 343 canāt tell you to do that for liability reasons.

You werenāt banned for quitting once, you were banned for quitting 3 times in 22 games. Dnfās stack and donāt reset.
I got a 3 day ban when I just lagged out,like wtf 343!!!

I quit one match, and finish another completely, yet I get banned quickly. Why? Also, this is after leaving ONE match.
