If you played the original game, you would have noticed that you would receive a medal of sorts on each level indicating whether you completed it on Legendary, Heroic, or Normal. If you completed it on Legendary, you did not automatically receive the other medals…you had to complete the campaign on those difficulty settings.
Does anyone know if this game will feature the same thing? I actually really liked unlocking those and would like to do so again. Thanks.
I think I remember what you’re talking about, and seeing that this remake uses the exact same coding then this feature should still be there 
I dont think it will still be there, since the menu where ou choose the levels are different… but I would like to see the implementation of those medals + Co-op medals!.. would be awesome for replayable value 
If they’re there then it’ll definitely encourage me to play through on every difficulty, something I’ve not done since CE incidentally.
So I’m all for it.
I have mixed feelings about them.
On one hand, I think that it would be awesome for them to be there so that you have the exact experience as 10 years ago.
On the other, I plan on playing Co-op on Legendary the first time and want to get 12 Achievements in one level.
I think just to keep the CE “Feel” the Single Player achievements for beating the game on separate difficulties shouldn’t unlock just because you beat Legendary.
And ^, I doubt you will get the Single Player acheivements on Coop. It’s gonna be like a “Monument to all your sins” deal. They are separate, one for Coop only, one for SP only.
A guy can dream right? Either way, it’ll be about 10 “pretty much” garunteed.
