So my idea is simple but i think it would add a lot to the customisation to people’s spartans like changing the color and armor and such …
as the Halo games have progressed the amout of things you can costomize on you spartan have gotten a little better with each game
color
differnt armor
change of visor color
name plates
you get the idea
Idea as you rank up / get credts {not sure what one HALO 4 will use} you unlock new weapons for you spartan to hold such as HALO 3 had an AR-- HALO REACH has a DMR And HALO 4 could have all of them as you rank up unlock the hammer or needler, sniper the list goes on and on, so when other people look/click on your Spartan they see the weapon you have chosen { NOT TO USE IN THE GAME JUST FOR LOOKS}

and Halo 4 could be any kind of weapon that you see fit i think people would really like this idea and it would inspire people to reach that next level / rank to unlock the weapon the like the most.

Thank me if you like this idea …
No thanks farming please and thank you.

None of those things have to do with gameplay… They’re only superficial elements.

How does that translate to making the game epic in any way?

That sounds like a cool customization that i hope the implement, and would be epic.
as for gameplay, we don’t know all that much about the game to ask for specific stuff.
we really need to know more about halo 4’s actual gameplay and how those armor perks really work. that would help.

ture it will not make game play Epic but another step to customization and most people like that so it might help out …

At the end of the day its just an idea thats all…

Epic might be a bit of an overstatement, but yeah, any additions like this are always cool.

This type of thing shouldn’t take much work to implement, and it’ll likely make a few people happy. Plus, there’s literally no negative side-effect that could possibly result from this, so why not?

Yes easy for 343 to do and will make lots of people happy to be able to change that kind of stuff…

Thank’s for your input…

This is kind of a little things that they could implement that wouldn’t change anything for gameplay obviously, but is an awesome idea and i think its a little extra customization that would be accepted all around.

^^^^^

This is the kind of thing 343i could do and it would make ME + a good amount of others happy ,

Each halo game you have been able to add more and more additions and control what YOUR CHIFE looks like this is just the next step in line …

THis

While I have never been too keen on customization, I know this would appeal to a majority of Halo players. So yeah, hopefully 343 sees this or has already though of it themselves.

I want a Halo 2 nameplate and a Covenant Carbine.

I remember this idea coming up A LOT on Bungie’s forum, so I’d bet that 343i has at least already thought of this. Even if that thought was just; “Lolno.”

The “thank” feature is not the same as a “like” feature.

Uh, yes, it is.

If you’re “thanking” someone for their post, clearly you “like” their post. Ipso-facto, it’s exactly like a “like” feature.

Let’s stay on topic please.

And no “thanks” farming either please.

I came for the cookies… YOU OWE ME ONE

I’m against this idea, it would ruin the core gameplay of Halo.

> I’m against this idea, it would ruin the core gameplay of Halo.

How so as you would noyce be able to uses them in, game play just for looks in pregame lobby and what not…

So it would not ruin anything at all …

> I’m against this idea, it would ruin the core gameplay of Halo.

wow, once again, very immature.
