Now, I know we’re getting the remakes this November, but I would still like to see one last map pack after that (at least one).
I made this thread simply to voice my wishlist and so that you can voice yours. Everything I say here is simply a concept. I’m not going to worry about balancing or specifics, but simply the idea (mostly).
Things I’d love to see:
-Mega Battle Game mode. Includes player-controllable Elephants, Pelicans, Phantoms, and/or Scarabs (possibly more).
-New forge world. Possibly one including sections similar to sandtrap or sandbox, and possibly involving forgeable elephants.
-Space Battle. Bungie said they wouldn’t do it, but this isn’t bungie, and I think it would be great fun, at least as an idea to toy with. I’ve imagined a setting in which you and the enemy fight literally over a massive forerunner ship, on which elephants and scarabs might be dropped midway through the battle. There might also be hills to capture on the ship. I dunno.
-Flood Firefight, or firefight rounds. Could possibly be a Boss Round where infection forms take over the bodies of everything you killed earlier that round, and break down grunts and jackals before your very eyes into biomass for pure forms.
-Just for the fun of it, maybe a firefight round in which you get to use an elephant.
