Should the next game have anything similar to lvl cap and emailed codes to bypass the lvl, do you think this is a ploy to scare more people into paying more for the game next time (even if you don’t want to)? Aka, buy limited and not have to deal with intentional code items (items in general)being held back or codes not being being delivered to a good chunk of the consumer to scare them?
It could work. As harsh as it sounds. Sounds like something they’d do to get more bucks… -Just a theory
Some conspiracy there. Idk if this was intentional, but could definitely work out the way you explain. No scare here though, I just received my code today, if I didn’t get a code I would enjoy my time on Halo 4 and prob just not buy the new one to avoid frustration. Doubt I’d be the only one in that case so they could end up losing money as well

That can be true. Depends on whether you are stupid enough to buy it. We all know halo fans can be very dedicated to being the next “Halo” game, regardless of what might not sound nice. They always find away to capture our interest in some way and our halo passion ends up driving us to the stores. Don’t buy the pricier edition, and there may be potential room for you to suffer xD. Also, in no way am I saying this will happen again.

Really, you didn’t get any benefit in being an early adopter.
If you bought Limited Edition in the US, you lost one of the benefits of that product when they gave everyone else a code.
If you pre-ordered the game in the US, you weren’t treated any differently to someone that got it within two weeks.
If you pre-ordered the game in Europe, the Middle East or Africa then you got absolutely nothing for your loyalty.
