I think 343 should also bring back the OG GUNGNIR helmet, some of the Reach armor like HP/PARAFOIL, COLLAR/BREACHER,Etc. and the Robot arm from Halo: Reach

Yes for sure, I loved the reach Gungnir too, but if they brought it back they would definitely have to be the variant with the Chin pieces because that is when it looked its best
