NP, I’m not a snowflake like many people these days.
Yeah.
Not incredibly huge contentwise, but what is there is still more than what we are getting for Season 2 (from what we know)
Plus, it has loads of bug fixes on top of that, which, if the S1 mid-season update is anything to go by, will blow S2’s bug fixes out of the water

I just started reading it. I’m wondering if updating MC is taking away from infinite. Meaning manpower because from what I understand 343 lacking manpower at the moment.

Same.
Doesn’t help that Infinite’s engine is not known to people, so when they get new contractors coming in (which is a stupid policy in itself) they have to first train them how to use the engine before they can even begin to make new content

This MCC update has been in the works for much longer than Infinite has been released.

I looked through both of the Patch Note, HI and MCC.

MCC changes and bug fixes are much much greater list than HI.
And the number one issue for HI I need fixed isn’t listed. I refuse to play a “Fast Paced” FPS with 250 ms ping time because their automagic connection servers think Amsterdam Servers are closer to Alberta Canada than Seattle servers (they give me 25 msp ping times).
Halo Infinite has encouraged me to go back to MCC. 343i has done a pretty good job with MCC as of late, hopefully, they’ll add Halo Infinite to the MCC collection here in the next year or so.
Also has external partners working on it.
I really like that 343I are putting time, effort and love into MCC. It shows that they actually have a little care for the fanbase, to polish MCC to become a masterpiece.
So, MCC is like the good stuff for Halo veterans while they make new games like Guardians and Infinite with new mechanics and experimenting.
I can’t complain to have Halo with a more modern and fastpaced style when they give is solid content in MCC.
In that way, people who want nostalgia goes to MCC and people who want to play Halo with a modern take tries the new games.
It’s a win win.
But, Halo Infinite definitively needs more effort.

Kinda funny that we’re getting less service for the actual live service game.
Not complaining though, I prefer the MCC anyway.
