Now I’ve seen the new models for both the AR and Magnum since the silenet cartographer and new The Assault Rifle model looks alot better but the magnum looks abit lame and was abit of a downgrade in my opinion.
Yes its abit more reminicant of old magnum, But it has alot less detail on it and I generally find the old Magnum model alot better.
One little neat touch I really loved about the old one, was that it had " Reach Armory " Written on the side which, if you aren’t that into the Halo story probably won’t mean much to you but to me it’s a Really nice touch as a little reference to the backstory.
So if you liked the older magnum model, Sign here!
A Small Sidenote, Can we have the animations of the newer model magnum because with the older model/build when you reloaded and shot the gun, it tended to obscure alot of your vision, the newer model doesn’t however which is alot better its just the textures that I like :).

I perfectly agree with both of this posts, not really a huge difference, plus the updated sound is better
Gotta change it, otherwise it looks like Goldeneye 1, not to say that Goldeneye is bad, it’s just old. You know…you have the choice to play classic mode
I dont’like really much the new magnum, it has less detail then the old magnum prototype, in fact I prefer the old magnum model.
The new magum is really poor in detail, it has the same polygons than the original Halo CE magum.
They look exactly the same. If anything the new one has more detail (as it should, having newer graphics and all) and more color. It all around looks better. You’re just being a whiney CE fanboy in my opinion and you need to get over it because its NOT changing.

I’m not insulting you because of your opinion. I don’t GET your opinion. I don’t understand how they’re different, let alone how the old one is better, and the new one worse. And there’s absolutely no reason to argue the fact now considering its NOT getting changed. And how am I troll bating?

Yes we are just under two and a half months from release, I doubt it will take them weeks if not months to re upload a file they already have on their database and putting it in the game, The File already exists thats why I have hope.

They don’t, because the game hasn’t gone gold yet.

Said file would need to be changed and given a newer look with more polygons and upgraded so that it fitted in with the new graphics just like everything else. The colder version will not be put into a game with modern graphics because it would look absurdly out of place. And they took that file before and upgraded it into a newer version and you didn’t like that. If they did it again, you probably wouldn’t like the second new version.

Polygons? We’re only talking textures here bro, and that whole paragraoh didn’t make sence at all. Besides the current magnum is like a shiny white gun in a middle of a swamp, if anything the new one looks more out of place.
