Apparently that tweet is just a summary of Inside Infinite Jan 21.

That is saying that the game is unlike any other Halo in how well they can support the game, that has simply not happened
Also no word on anything like this (although, like I pointed out in another post, Unyshek said that the things mentioned in the March update were a “few” of the “hightlights” so maybe April will shed some light on some of these things

I don’t see the quote on that particularly video at the timestamp. Is “7 things Halo Infinite desperately needs to survive” the correct video?
I know that guy is a total Halo fanboy so if he’s going into heavily criticising 343i (as most of us are on here) then they should really pay attention…and having watched a few minutes, it really does enforce what an incomplete and disgraceful mess this game is in.

Thanks. This video really does emphasis what an empty shell of a game they have released…perhaps the biggest disappointment for me is that there’s literally nothing “next gen” about it due to the lack of features and content compared to other titles on the market or even Halo games of old. Knowing how 343i have been performing, it could literally take years for this game to get to where we, as Halo players, expected this game to be at day one.

And you’re right about him being a hardcore Halo fan, it really is sad when almost every single content creator out there is just so…depressed.
That’s what it feels like to me.
I personally am holding on to hope by a thread, S2 could really turn things around if they prove that they can handle a live-service game; show us that they can pull this game from the depths.
But I guess we won’t know until May (or April)

Halo died in 2012 dude.
A new studio that didn’t respect the art or have an appreciation for the universe that was created decided to smash it with a sledgehammer.
But it can be revived.
