Since we know this guy is a new character this is why I say its the RELAIMER
Look at the picture and look at the armor.
He is a direct refection of the Chief but nothing is fuzzy in his side of the picture. The buildings are all intact and clear as day.
Look at the armor its not current armor its closer to the level of the Didacts armor. Everything on it is smooth not blocky. Even the Spartan 4’s armor seems clunky in comparison. The only thing I question is the gun in his hands. Looks like the Battle Rifle but its still possible.
Its like he is doing something in the past and the Chief is following in his footsteps which is why the Chief is upside down. So I say we get to play part of the game as the RECLAIMER and trace his steps in the future. To what end I do now know but seems feasible, especially consider how the Didact was a character from the past.
