These are a list of words that mean horrendous. And that is how I feel about the Binary rifle. Thoughts?
It could also be that he used the “special” binary rifle. Either way, it isn’t going to be the beast of a gun it was in H4.
I feel the exact opposite. Other than the fact they split into a V, which I assume is just unique to that variant, it’s a welcome change.
The gosh darn weapon description says that it is cross beamed to take out vehicles. As for small infantry, the cross beams make it way less accurate. On a big wraith, it will make for some easy hits.
I would have rather it stayed as an actual one hit kill. Not this sentinel binary rifle combo.
I don’t know what that was. Some special things they did with weapons is cool but yeah…I don’t know.

Reminded me of a stronger focus rifle.
I thought it looked pretty cool. Reminds me of the sentinel beam. And with the description saying it is for vehicles the dual beams makes sense to bet hit the vehicle while it is in motion.
Yeah it should be a modified Version of the BInary Rifle - maybe a Mystic/Legendary Card… but i have seen(i think on the same channel) a Arena-Gameplay were the Binary Rifle is normal…

So it’s like a Focus Rifle now? Weird. I’ll have to wait until I get my hands on it before I judge the thing. That skin he’s got on though is pretty ugly.
And OP, “Awe-inspiring” isn’t really the right word for your list there.
The unique weapons don’t function exactly the same as their progenitors do. It maybe that the BiRi is a better damaging Focus Rifle analogy, or it could be how that one particular version works.

Really wish they hadnt changed that one. I mean it was balanced for what it was in h4.
Id rather the focus rifle come back since you could use that outside of sniping.
The V splitting is only for that particular variant, the normal variant is still a single shot, although now its does damage over time instant of being an instant kill. Its a good way to improve the BiRi’s skillgap without removing its OHK potential outright.
343 has done a good job giving the Promethean weapons some mechanical personality as opposed to being the orange versions of standard weapons.
I find it to be both functionaly and aesthetically better than it was in 4 (disregarding the traits to that particular variant in the footage).

This might be the only time I agree with you.
OP the h4 one-shot= kill-anywhere is quite shameful for skilled snipers. The video hardly showed the effect the BR has on headshot damage, especially since Greenskull admits that he isn’t great with snipers. Personally I would like to see more of this weapon before saying that the BR is “great” or “dreadful”.
The one thing that I do like is now u have a reticle that isn’t the size of the screen.

Well, considering that’s a special Legendary variant of the binary rifle, and not the standard weapon, you have nothing to worry about…
I haven’t seen the use of the ‘regular’ binary rifle, so I can only go off this variant guys. If you have video of the regular one being used, can you link me?
