I am new to this community and I am so excited to know more about your opinions and thoughts on different topics.
Regarding the new BattlePass system that will be present in Halo Infinite I am so happy the way it is going to work, however the trailer left many things unclear which I would like to discuss with you.
I am curious if this new system will follow the trend of also having rewards for the players who do not buy it, such as in Sea of Thieves (Plunder Pass) or Fortnite, which have cool rewards, but not as many or exclusive ones.
Also, I wonder if Halo Infinite will have some kind of currency that will allow us to buy the BattlePass. In that way this currency can be a reward inside the BattlePass to allow players to buy the next one if they want or expend that currency on special event customization.
I would love to hear your ideas c:
I’m assuming there won’t be any sort of currency since they said you can’t skip tiers in the battlepass and it’s all earned. I’d rather not have a currency icon looming over my entire menu like some other shooters and every battle royal.
I don’t know if it’ll have a free track, but the good news is, apparently the first season is going to be free for a time. I think it’s safe to assume season points will be returning from the MCC, as many believe that to be a test of sorts of how they plan to implement the battle pass.

That’s what I’ve seen in some other posts on here, but now that I try to Google it, I’m not seeing where they got their info. If it’s not true I’m going to feel stupid for not verifying before repeating it. 
If I had to guess, I think it could go 1 of 2 ways. Either there is a free track and a paid track that you progress on together, or there will be a point (pretty early on) in each battle pass where you can’t progress past anymore without buying it. But I might be biased since I’m not a fan of “currencies” like you mentioned.
