So there seem to be a ton of topics with some mention of difficulty concerning getting the achievements added to Reach through Anniversary, but very little actual solid helpfulness, at least not that I could find with the five minutes of searching I tried. So I’m pretty much in the same boat as everyone else here… how do I get any of these? I was the last man standing in a normal game of infection (online, in the zombie playlist) and didn’t get the achievement. Do I have to be on specific maps or what? That’s the only specific incident I’ve had, but I’m guessing the other ones are similarly strange. So what’s the trick for all these?
Yes, the new ones are map specific. If they came with CEA and say “Anniversary Achievement” then they have to be done on an Anniversary map. e.g. Bounty Hunter - must be done on an Anniversary map. If they say “Defiant Achievement” (e.g. All Alone) then they must be done on Defiant maps.

personally thats were my problem lies, I cannot find the appropriate gametype and the appropriate maps at the same time, I have to say I do wish the DLC was required because I want to play on all the maps at once not just either anniversary or the normal maps.
Ah, that’s what I was afraid of. It’s so hard to find Zombie games on the DLC maps…
Yes as snicker said above, some are map specific so check your achv list before attempting one.
To be honest I would full party boost them quickly before the update. Make sure you go in get the achvs and dont boost too much off any guests you may have in the game. Also make sure your guests get kills or you will be banned. I personally got most of them legit on my inheritor profile but on this one pretty much boosted them all.
The chances of being paired with all players that have the maps is almost nill. I play alot of firefight and that only 3 other players, until recently the new maps never would come up in that playlist so imagine the chances with 8 more or so players needing them. Also the fact that they will now be put into the other gametypes will pretty much mean you can kiss goodbye to your full reach achv list for a very long time.
To boost the all alone achv you get a full party together preferable 3 players with 4 controllers each. delete the noble and anniversary map packs so you will only find defiant and standard maps. You will probably find the right map within one or two searches. I played zombies for an entire month on my inheritor profile and I hate that gametype. I boosted it in 10mns with my friends after I had just had enough of it.m Never getting the right map as there is only one I believe.

You’re telling me. It literally took me 4 hours until a Zombie game turned up on Condemed so I could get the achievement. And I was cheating so my games only lasted a few seconds. The last achievement I need to get is the Don’t Touch That Achievement and It’s impossible to get the right gametype on the right map. Also, If and when I get the option to get the gametype I have to pray enough people vote for it. Then I have to try and NOT let the even Touch the Flag? WTF?!
