Hello, I am starting a gaming Clan/Community. We already have a few members, we focus mainly on the Halo series of games, and will move to Master Chief Collection when it comes out, and will try to still do activities on the 360 Halos as well if there is still interest in them when it comes out. This clan is still in its early planning stages. It is a clan that will be shaped by what its members want to do. If most members want it to be a casual clan, we will do that, or we could do a mix of hardcore/casual and separate it into two different groups, there will be a ranking system for the hardcore group. The Hardcore members will adhere to a ranking system, while the casual part of the clan won’t have to as much. All Clan members regardless of casual or hardcore are expected to listen to orders from their superior officers when appropriate, Casual members are expected to listen to anyone with the rank of Captain or higher, and the hardcore are expected to listen to anyone with a higher rank then them and are expected to listen to the highest rank in a match/game above all others, unless that member says otherwise. Casual members of the clan have no authority to issue orders to other members.
This will be a friendly clan, and its members are expected to be friendly to other members. I would personally appreciate it if you guys would try not to cuss/swear/say anything vulgar, but it isn’t a requirement. Anyone being mean to, or purposefully causing problems with other members will be disciplined and could be eventually kicked out if they continue. I will not tolerate bullying in my clan. Also, we will not do any spawn killing unless there is no other choice, because of the way the game type/map is set up. DLC is not required.
