1 will the covenant speak in our lenguage?
: i don’t wanna hear strange sounds like in Halo Reach, i wanna hear the realistic speech like in Halo 3 and Halo ODST
2 will the Spartan ops playable only online?, or i’ll be able to play it offline too (like firefight in Halo Reach),for example when i’m alone
3 Am i gonna pay for the Spartan ops missions (downloading them from xbox live), or i’ll be able to get them for free?

Doesn’t sound like it, but it’s possible. And how is it realistic if they speak English?
You will need an Xbox LIVE Gold Membership to download Spartan Ops missions. They will more than likely be still available to you if you download them, then say, your membership runs out.
The first season is 100% free of charge.
According to the fiction, the Covenant starting instructing their forces in basic English in an attempt to allow their forces to interrogate humans in hopes of learning the homeworld’s location.
They started that a few years after Harvest, so it is a possibility the Covenant will know basic English.
I recall the grunt shouting ‘demon’ in the E3 demo
They should speak english, I thought some of them would know at least some english 
and I heard that spartan ops was a part of the game that you buy initially so you should be able to play offline and not have to buy them, otherwise that would be a rip off.
I’ve been replaying Halo 3 and I know no one likes fighting Brutes but some of the funniest things I’ve heard in a video game comes out of their mouths.

There’s Promethean Knights, Crawlers and Watchers now as well. So no, don’t worry. There’s plenty of variety in your enemies.

All Elites and Grunts should. Jackals don’t have the cords to speak English.
The Storm Covenant, from what we know, don’t speak English, at all.
However, if we do see the reformed Elites from Halo 3 in Halo 4 then they may speak English.
