Honestly, it’s so sad that we have this kind of community… YouTube videos everywhere… “I don’t have fun with Halo 5…” (i.e. “I lose a lot.”) “I’m going to uninstall Halo 5 and it feels good.” Another good one… “It’s too competitive!” Ughh, we have such a WHINY community man!
Here’s the deal, if you lose a lot, get better! If you think Halo 5 is too competitive, well toughen up buttercup! Learn some higher level tips and tricks, practice, practice, practice, and get better! This was Halo 2 and Halo 3 back in the day… The game isn’t bad because you’re bad lol.
It’s like we live in a world where people just expect everything to be easy, where every precious snowflake wins and gets a ribbon and deserves an Onyx rank… NO! You have to learn the game, you’ve got to learn how to exploit your abilities, make sharp, split second choices… know when and when not to execute a particular maneuver, push, or nade throw… when and when not to challenge/chase… develop your awareness. There are a LOT of tiny little things that go into succeeding at Halo, winning and moving up the ranks.
So on the flip-side, I really am sorry these people are not having fun… it sucks to lose, but that’s life. But, if Halo is the game you love, you’re going to want to put in the time and get better, and you’ll lose some more, until you start winning more… and more… And that’s the funny thing, these people claim to “love Halo.” Do they really? …because it just seems like they can’t take the heat! Quitters man…
That’s the end of my rant… I’m just so sick of seeing such crybabies everywhere in the gaming community lol. The series goes full-casual for two games and it’s like people forget what Halo has always been about. Definitely a sign of the times. How do we fix this? This type of attitude does not help Halo…
