Sorry if I’m totes nub on this but I just encountered the Halo Refinery video session and if you guys haven’t checked it out yet you can find it here
Now I don’t grief Halo 4 too much. I agree with most of the issue’s brought up but at the core I know Halo 4 has potential and watching these videos restored my faith. If you consider yourself “old school vet” (whatever that means) take some time to watch this gameplay footage ; the 3rd video showcases Extraction which is soon going to be added to the hopper.
But I was wondering if someone could break down the settings used in the gametypes or rather… Can I download these directly from a players fileshare or do I need to look these all up and create a file myself. Thanks guys
I am a vet. I am game. I’ve been keeping tabs on these settings, i am very interested in maps, including the funny named Simplex.
The name of person who helped make the settings escapes me. It starts with a D, like Diesel or something.

No problem I mean I feel this video shows that Halo 4 is still very much Halo. Yes, it’s unfortunate that right now we can only play these settings and maps in Custom, but we did get an MLG playlist in Reach. I don’t remember if that happened during Bungie’s or 343’s direction but I’m still hopeful we could see this gameplay in the hopper.
I looked further into it, and you’re right the Competitive settings were made by Coach Diesel.
