The messages and notifications are not shown

Hi, I have a problem viewing my notifications in HaloWaypoint, I have tried with various dispositives and the icon to view my notifications is not shown. I can’t see them with this account (Lord Beja). Please I need help as fast as possible.

I’m experiencing the same thing. I got an email “MCC Season 8 Flight - Invite” giving me the steps go in and check my messages for the Season 8 Flight, of course I had nothing.

To be fair, my email wasn’t verified. I just took care of that step, uncertain if this was the root cause of the issue. But still not alot of guidance on how to resolve. Going to submit a ticket with awareness that it’s primarily geared towards in game issues. Just don’t see any other way to escalate other than going on the forums to complain. :\

You need to have an adult account, which means being over 18, in order to access these features and join the Halo Insider program. If you are over 18 but your account is not marked as an adult account, you would need to reach out to Xbox Live Support for further help.
