So time and time again I have seen this from playing a ton of Warzone: If one team manages to take the fortress middle point and kill captain Lochagos it’s pretty much over for the opposing team. Especially random players.
I was thinking about a way to alleviate this issue and I had a idea, how about an additional way into the fortress from the back pathway route? Like a tunnel back entrance, it would provide another way to assault along with the original choke points and would make infiltration actually possible in most games. It would create possible unbalance when Warden Eternal spawns since the team who owns the Fort could just run through the proposed route. Do you guys have any ideas? I know the fort can be retaken with proper coordination but most games I’ve played it was a blowout 95% of the time weather we took the fortress or had it taken from us, with coordination required from randoms pretty much being nonexistent in most games.
I agree and everyone else i play with. The fortress is needed to win but taking it over is near impossible.

I respectively disagree. Both teams have ample opportunities to come back especially if they use the back cave path to take the other armory. The Knights and hunters that spawn near the sides and the clear view on both legendarys that spawn on the landing pad outside the fortress. It is easier to win if you can take the fortress and stragagos at the beginning but the match is far from over.
I agree. I feel like it’s near impossible to get control from the team that holds the middle base. Funny, my friends and I actually thought the same thing, add a back way into the base. Or at the very least add a second set of doors on the side.
Frankly, there’s a few “big” things that Warzone needs to change to balance things out a bit. For one, don’t get me started on the boss kill jacking done by people who wait for your team to do 99%+ of the damage and then swipe it with one lucky shot (This needs to be removed).
Personally, I think if they removed the ability to respawn inside or near the base while it’s under attack, that would solve a great deal of problems. Also, Marines should not respawn in a base while it’s under attack.
I’m still enjoy it too much to make an effective critique, but I’ll be sure to bring that forward in the near future.
lol these bosses are so stupid…are any of them even from the EU? except for WE obviously
I don’t know what you’re talking about since at the start of the game me and 3-6 other friends rush to the enemies base at the start of the round and take it since we hide after they all go toward the fortress which soon ends in disaster for them since we basically cut their reinforcements off from taking the middle and they literally have to go back to the objective nearest to their base or flank and take our base in which we’d still wreck the entire team btw no matter what they choose to do. I’ve literally only lost 13 games out of the 60-65 games I’ve won since me and my friends are so very coordinated.
That map doesn’t need balancing right now. It needs removal.
Everyone I play with, myself included, hates that map. It’s like it was supposed to be a BTB CTF map but they expanded it (poorly) to fit into warzone.
