has it been confirmed whether or not the Mammoth is driveable in halo 4 at all ?
I don’t think so, although judging by its size it would be incredibly unlikely that we’ll ever get to drive it.
The Mammoth has not been confirmed to be useable in the MP. None of the maps so far have the size to support it anyways.
Campaign? Possibility though it may end up being a major tease and being in a cutscene instead.
Well they said they’res two new vehicles in Halo 4, those 2 new vehicles are the Mammoth and Mantis, it’d be strange if we couldn’t drive one of them.

Ravine? Hell no. It’s big but not enough consistent terrian to support a vehicle of that size.
The Asteroid? Not sure, i’ve seen the map like everyone else but i cannot for the life of me, pinpoint how big the map is.
The third environment has yet to be seen but i wouldn’t get my hopes up if i were you.
Better hope the DLC or the last launch map for Halo 4 has supports it. TBH another BTB is just going to piss off the competitive players who favor 4 v 4 symmetrical maps. You should have seen the raging when a certain map that accidentally leaked. That was all bad.
Of course the Mammoth is driveable, it’s in the game, there’s pics of it but no ingame footage yet. Rumour is, there will be a desert map video released soon.

Asuming we haven’t seen the map the grifball court was made on yet, they said at RTX that there’s a “Big World outside”
probably not in multiplayer but probably in campaign

MP, like what’s stated above, none of the maps are big enough to support such a vehicle, it’s like driving around a vehicle the size of beaver creek.

A Scorpion on Beaver Creek is all that map needed to be balanced i swear.

The asteroid map is called impact and there’s no way. It’s a bunch of small pockets of land. The third map can be seen in the video at 35 second (in the top right and corner) and at 1 minute and 25 seconds. And it doesn’t look like you’ll be drving anything that big. But we still have hope! There is still one war games map to be revealed.

I’m actually doubting that what we saw is the third forge environment. It’s probably part of Ravine.

I can’t see why not. Does no one remember the movable bases in Halo 3?

I’ve actually done that… it wasn’t pretty… every 3 or 4 shots I ended up killing my self.
We have seen campaign footage of it driving very fast. That doesn’t confirm anything though.
Possibilities are very low now, but well why not hope for the last Map of MM, maybe it’s in but not usable at forge, well what a shame so far i wanted the mammoth.
