I know everyone (including me) has big wishes for a Halo Infinite, but what little things do you guys hope 343 will bring back from past halos, or new things that you would enjoy?
as an example, I would love for infinite multiplayer to have those callouts underneath the radar like in halo 5, just a little thing.
I would like for multiplayer to not have callouts. The only callouts I should hear are from my actual teammates. I would like weapons laying against walls normally, without an announcer telling everyone when it spawns. I would like for the power weapon indicator to not be a thing. I’d also like hitmarkers gone.
I feel like there’s a million little things 343 neglected to see the impact of.
Id like them to bring back BoB from Halo: Reach, the old customization system, but thats confirmed already.
I`d like firefight back. Halo 3 & ODST’s Incendiary grenades,
Halo 2s elite classes (It had to swell skins for the elites which I liked a lot). speaking of which, Halo 2's gameplay where its part Chief, part Arbiter, but Halo 5 did it so it`s not that old a concept.
Halo 1’s scripting, where doing something has actual effects, triggers special dialogues or move. Take the ‘‘Truth and reconciliation’’ mission as an example. Choosing a path meant the marines would defend the other, going some places or activating optional things (Hangar bay door, the door for the marines inside the ship after entering, etc) would trigger actions and dialogues, loosing your marines would send 419 to lend you more troops, having some troops survive would have them speak later. It makes it all the more dynamic and adds a bit of replayability where redoing things differently would change the experience. Halo 5`s REQ system to unlock exclusives and make gameplay a tiny bit fairer, more customization wise.
Halo: Reach’s Invasion mode I liked a lot too.

I was just saying the same thing just a few days ago! It would be an awesome addition to multiplayer and it would make the multiplayer just a bit more competitive, just like how they want!
I would like to see the “party up” system to come back. I met most of my Halo friends because of that feature.
