The little things

i’ll try to hold my judgement on gameplay elements, but as for other features does anyone else think the mid game dude chatter, end game brodown, the foggy lighting, over-acting announcer and an overload of unnecessary visual and audio white noise seem too gimmicky and 2nd rate?

You basically just nailed my only issues with this game, everything else looks fantastic but that stuff doesn’t really add to the experience
really glad they took out grenade indicators though, I thought for suuuuure those would be in

ABSOLUTELY! Especially the insane amount of extraneous white noise. There is constant beeping and ticking and booping and buzzing. Too many things that add nothing to the overall game play experience.

Yeah, there’s simply just too much noise, talking, and medals, which really seems to distract from the game-play. It’s pretty frustrating that 343 keeps trying to cram so much useless feedback about everything into our eyes and ears.

it seems they get the concept of how to make a halo game but can’t seem to nail down the specifics. much like american versions of british TV shows, there are some that work but most of it just seems to miss the mark

the end game brodown is what bothers me the most, in my opinion the defeated team should have to watch the winning team for 10 seconds as they run around the map shooting their guns in the air and -Yoink!- the losing teams corpses

When I heard an in-game Spartan say “I got snipes.” Part of me died inside.
A big part.
