Most of the Part I didn’t get. What was she telling chief about the Didact? What went on in the War? What does she mean it would have made them Immortal? What did the didact do at a great cost? from the whole scene, does anyone know what she meant? Its been on my mind.
I think she was telling Chief the didact is a threat to the humans, In the Human-Forerunner war the humans were just killing everything, destroying worlds (to save them from flood infection but the forerunners didn’t know of the flood), the didact never forgave the humans apparently, Immortal part- They’d use the composer on the forerunners to make sure they couldn’t become infected by flood and potentially couldn’t die and be around forever, and the thing didact did was compose innocent, de-evolved humans to become part of the promethean army
