Well that is a cool idea it wouldn’t work for Halo infinite campaign because the Master Chief’s armor is very iconic and so it’d be weird to see him running around in a samurai suit the only way that they would do something like that is if they were to add in a campaign similar to Spartan ops for the multiplayer and it’s really something I hope that they do add in along the line I want to actually have more than just multiplayer I want to actually have PVE I want to be able to have firefight and stuff like that back

It’s not like cheif has changed from the mark V in halo Ce to the mark VI in halo 2 + then to some form of modified mark VII in halo 4 +

The armor Master Chief is wearing in Halo 4 is still technically the Mark 6 that he had in Halo 3 because he’s not had a chance to upgrade his armor because he’s been trapped in space for years and while I could see him putting on the Mark 7 armor I just couldn’t see him in a samurai armor

Splitgate and 1047 are new, they made their game free to play to get people to try it.
They created a system that has:
-Free ways to earn IGC (not a ton, but some)
-A match composer that let’s you queue for what you want to play
-Random drops that are only unlocked by gameplay
-A rank up system outside the battlepass
Their store is a bit pricey, but compared to Infinite it’s a much better offering, and thats without the brand name, and Daddy Microsoft to cover for them.

Like haybayusa wasn’t a Mark 6 option which was the original samurai armor and what about the Mantis walker?

Cortana mentions in the begining of the campaign she’s updated his suits firmware so it could be she somehow had the data for the Mark VII and made his armor as close to the Mk 7 as she could…

Again that’s the multiplayer armor not the single player for the single player the character pretty much stays the same throughout and I’m actually curious about this is the armor from Halo infinite the same as the Halo 3 armor he wears

That doesn’t explain it though the Halo 4 armor was that way because of the art style being changed as much as it did I mean even in the first cut scene when it shows the Spartans getting deployed they’re all wearing the same armor Master Chief was so the armor in Halo 4 is still technically the same one he had in Halo 3 it’s just got a completely new look
Edit: also the Mark 7 didn’t exist in Halo 4 I think it’s only existed now in Halo infinite because they don’t actually ever mention what variation the Spartans wear in Halo 4 and Halo 5
it’s been said his halo infinite armor is a MK VII Gen 3 not sure where he got the upgrade perhaps after 5 or during 4? maybe he got an early suit of MK VII armor the armor was said to have technological]components which enable the armor to repair and upgrade itself autonomously without outside influences, such as while the user is in cryosleep. with that he may have gotten a set of gen 1 mark 7 that with the appropriate data upgraded itself to the gen 3 over time.

Either way it was theorized that in halo 4 his suit changed because it was mark 7 so that’s where that rumor came from…

I think that’s all it really is though is a rumor because his armor still has the same damage on his right side of the chest plate like it did in Halo 3

Well maybe if 343 didn’t just release such an an incomplete game like it literally has like what 6 maps at most? with zero armor? Dont even get me started with the ttk to appeal to noobs

people dont care honestly. its like the people who want their money back after an item gets reduced in price and thinks its completely understandable and okay… its like No Karen, you chose to buy it last week. if you waited 2 more weeks, you could get it free like the rest of us. I buy games on epic store all the time that get released as free thru their sales a month or two after, no way in hell would i ever expect my money back because of a sale. i chose to spend my money and now i need to live with that decision.

What’s interesting is knowing if people didn’t complain nothing would get done. Playing nice doesn’t work with a business that doesn’t care about people because they only look at them as a number. Although, I do find it quite funny that some believe that a business “cares about them”
