Your recent mistake with the Juneteenth emblem is completely uncalled for. Halo is being uninstalled and it is a shame.
I hope you guys and Microsoft take a few weeks off and get your priorities straight. Even if this was an internal thing it’s still gross.

They didn’t have to do anything for Juneteenth. At least they recognized it. And what exactly makes you so frustrated about it? I personally think the emblem looks OK.
Edit: They did change the name from Bombo. If that’s what you are infuriated by.

Yes more so over the Juneteenth emblem. Naming it what they did was a complete sight of disrespect and shows why their game is is such a poor state.

It does bother me, but not to the point that I’m going to drop the franchise. They changed it to something more appropriate and will likely have another Job opening in the near future.

The new Juneteenth emblem celebrating the end of slavery in the US has a singular color available to it and its named Bonobo. This is something at WORST should have been filtered out by QA but now its in the full release. Even if this is a woopsy in leaving a placeholder name, why are they being racist in a placeholder name? There is a 0% chance this was an accident since you could have literally named it A MYRIAD OF OTHER THINGS. Christ 343 what the hell.
So I just looked it up and apparently bonobos are monkeys? 343 probably named it that and released it to cause drama and uproar even though racism doesn’t really exist in the Halo fanbase.
COD on the other hand has an insane amount of racist activity in its fanbase.
