The last hidden vehicle discussion

It was confirmed through alot of sources that only 2 vehicles were going to be added to the game’s sandbox. The first of which was already unveiled as the Mantis, leaving only one left for the players to wait for and guess. What that vehicle is, nobody but the makers know, so right now, the only thing we can do is to guess what it is.

Because the Mantis was the first mech vehicle and of human descent, I can only guess that the other vehicle could possibly be covenant. To add to that, it seems that 343 is going with the mech theme, so its feasible to think that the Locust may be the second. What are your thoughts?

Pretty sure it’s the Mammoth. Unless 343 wants to make me -Yoink!- they could make it the Grizzly Tank or Hawk.

I’m pretty sure its the mammoth. I doubt it will be usable in halo 4 multiplayer though.

I’d imaging it being covenant. UNSC has the mongoose, warthog, scorpion, mantis, falcon. Covenant only has ghost, wraith and banshee.(as far as i know).

Other than objective purposes, I don’t see any real reason why they would ever include the mammoth as a forgeable vehicle. Plus, if it was, then they would have announced it alot sooner since it had involved pics of the vehicle already.

Do you have any idea how overpowered a Grizzly would be? I would love it.

Extremely. But I’d be satisfied with a Spartan Ops mission or two based on it.

I doubt they count the Mammoth as a vehicle.

It is a mobile-base, to be more precise.

My guess moves towards aircraft. In Halo 3, we had the Hornet, in Reach the Falcon, so why not add a new air-vehicle in Halo 4? :slight_smile:

I’d love for the locust to be in that would be awesome. The falcon was confirmed in a while back and I’m pretty sure that the revenant is back.

there’s no way it will be the grizzly or hawk way to over powered and the mammoth is a campaign exclusive vehicle

I doubt it is the Mammoth when concerning its size and possiblility of being in multiplayer. I’m going to guess it’ll be a new Storm Covie vehicle.
