The lag is worse than ever to the point that even when I kill two people with an explosion I am not awarded a Double Kill. The lag has gotten me killed MANY times, had yanked kills from me and all around made the event a chore at best.
Microsoft, FIX YOUR FREAKING SERVERS.
This could very well be a product of your internet connection and not a server-side issue.
While there are definitely instances of rubber banding and lag, if you experience it constantly it may be more than just the game servers.
I’m in the UK and maybe a third of my matches will be on higher ping servers (Probably US based servers) and I do track this, so I know it’s not my own connection - see if you can troubleshoot a bit, you’ve given no network statistics.
I usually work week on week off from Wednesday to Wednesday and when I came home from work yesterday I noticed a massive change. Unstable packet loss at 17-25ms ping and major desync issues that I have not experienced before. Something has gotten a lot worse over the past week.
