I’m walking a little and then suddenly I’m back to where I started. How often do you all experience super lag?

Dang, I wish I had a capture card so I can show the kind of lag that I get.
Can lag effect nade throws… I throw them at ppl… and it goes past them or through them… kinda does all sorts of things… and I don’t kn ow what to think of the replay of the Killcam cause a couple of them show a plasma nade curving and sticking to me. I don’t know how to use the video crap to upload the footage… other then that I have been killed my laggers taking advantage of the system… the Teleporters
Lag was fine for me up until yesterday, and it has been atrocious after that. It’s really quite ridiculous how consistently bad it’s been, I’ve never experienced anything like this. Is it possible a server is down somewhere (I live in the Midwest United States)?
All I can say is Spartan Ops multiplayer.
