Do the knights remind anyone else of stink bugs? Bi-pedal stink bugs to be precise… It makes me want to kill every last one of them…
Same. In my head, before names were released, I called 'em “Skull Beetles.”
I think they’re almost identical to the Chozo from Metroid Prime. In fact, a lot of the art in Halo 4 reminds me of Metroid.

Im pretty sure that the forerunner were like bug people or something. Keep reading things about their mandibles and how the would go through metamorphic stages etc. There are alot of other things too im forgetting to mention. This leads me to believe they are kinda similar to bugs hahaha I know it may sound weird. So by that logic ide say you were pretty spot on with the stink bug thing

They’re actually pretty genetically similar to humans, if I remember Cryptum correctly. They’re humanoid, but have various differences in body structure and skin color, as well as large variations in size.

humanoid yes, but they still have mandibles. sooOoo not saying they have a head thorax and abdomen or anything, but I believe when we do see then they will have a very interesting face that may resemble an insect in a way. I dont however picture them to have big bug eyes hahaha.

Forerunners look quite like humans before they mutate, you can see the similarities and differences in their skulls.

Elites have mandibles, and they still look completely reptilian, so who knows?
