The insane lag on spartan ops

I have noticed that almost every other game of spartan ops I have some serious lag but I’ve almost never noticed any when playing war games. Just me?

Oh lord, there’s lag in both playlists.

Generally happy with H4 except for the lag.

For some reason Halo has ALWAYS had problems with AI in multiplayer. Halo 3’s Campaign coop, ODST’s Campaign and Firefight, and Reach’s Campaign and Firefight. Halo’s netcode with AI just sucks.

I have terrible lag on spartan ops matchmaking. And it’s not my internet because my connection is above decent. War games almost always has no lag but every time I play spartan ops matchmaking I get 1 second delays.
