Recently I saw there are still many questions about the new competitive skill rank (CSR).
Since there is already a bulletin (http://blogs.halowaypoint.com/Headlines/post/2013/04/03/The-Halo-Bulletin-4313.aspx#continue) which should answer most stuff, I thought, give it a shot, open a thread to answer all your questions.
So ask everything here, complain about it or give stuff that our hard working 343I might could better, and also help other people here if you know about something.
(Also, maybe 343I or a forum high member should do a sticky post out of this or open some new).
