The "Impact Rating" for Support tickets is frustratingly simplistic

Any time I submit a ticket, I feel like there should be more options/more impactful ratings for how badly the bug is affecting the player. Jumping straight from "unplayable" to "well technically..." to "everything works, but I'm not having fun" doesn't seem quite right.
I would much rather it look like this:
  1. Unplayable (crashes, failure to load, etc.)
  2. Borderline unplayable (severe performance issues, no audio, etc.)
  3. I am upset and it makes me not want to play (control issues, gameplay functions not working, etc)
  4. I still want to play, but I’m having less fun because of this (objects and enemies despawning, flickering textures, etc)
  5. I’m having lots of fun, but this definitely isn’t supposed to be happening (debug text, minor graphical/physics glitches, etc)
The current layout includes option 5, where the issue isn’t a bug, but isn’t fun (i.e. balance issues and confusing UI). If you submit a ticket under that impact rating, they tell you to leave a post on the forums. What is the point of having that be an option for a report, if you’re just going to send people away?
I think having a wider scale for impact and encouraging people to engage on the forums in other ways would be better. What do you think of my scale?

Halo Support in general is abysmally unfriendly & needs an overhaul, even the act of submitting a ticket is tedious & you’ll be lucky to have your issue resolved, if at all looked at.

I think it’s just easier to think of how much it impacts and scale accordingly. It’s clearly part of how they triage issues.

The rating text is just a guide, as some people do think rating 1 star is somehow better than 5 stars.
