I think its stupid to have that sign showing where and when the sniper is coming, it should be like the other weapons without any kind of tracking just like the other halo games. I dont see the point of having it since its only annoying when people flock the sniper when its about to respawn.
Then wait until the timer is almost up, scout the area and pick of the people that rush it. Easy kills

Yeah it can get you alot of kills but i just think its better without it cause then there wont be a mess around the spot all the time. 
Annoying imo and ppl should just learn where the best weapons are themselves
