Sometimes I have to aim above the shoulders for the HeatWave to hit a body shot or a headshot
I’m struggling to understand this weapon myself, where’s the best place to aim when firing etc… And on Live Fire I can get maybe one kill with it in the ammo it gives me which makes me feel like passing over it whenever I see it. When you fail to get a single kill in close quarters in a confined hallway with a CQC weapon with ricocheting shots…? You know you’re bad with a weapon xD Like, really bad.
I don’t want to cry “Underpowered!” or other such things yet since I feel like it’s something blazingly simple that I’m just missing, but no matter how many times I use it in-game or in Training, I just don’t understand. Takes so many hits to actually kill someone, it’s really been making me lean on just saying it’s not worth using for me.
i stopped using it for the same reason i was even aiming center mass some weapons need to be buffed for sure. Ive just been playing it safe with the Br,sidekick,commando and sniper.

You can land a three hit headshot as long as all three rounds hit the head
if the Enemy is farther than 10m away get the reticle white and right above their head for a headshot
i think the reticle is the hardest part about this weapon but if two of the three reticle thingys are on someones head you get a headshot
the reticle needs work and the bullets could fly a bit faster but overall I like this gun a lot
feels like a switchblade
