I’m going with Spacestation Gaming on this one. I feel like they’re hungry for revenge and are ready to win this kickoff major to HCS season 2.
Now I don’t really watch much competitive but when I do I root for team Envy (now team optic) and Fanatic all the way. Also why no team Fanatic here?
Didn’t cloud 9 drop their H:I team?
Yeah I guess they did. Halo esports isn’t as popular as it used to be.
See here, https://www.halowaypoint.com/news/team-partnership-program-2023
Fnatic is not a partnered team this season with HCS.
Cloud9 did drop their Halo team, but then formed a new one. The old Cloud9 team is now on the Spacestation Gaming team.
On a side note, it looks like Season 3 armor set ups for these teams will be revealed on the 26th.
Only hope there’s a little bit more variety this time around, as they really looked a little too similar last season, with the exception Optic gaming and Spacestation. Spacestation was kind of ruined because there was a better option for multiple cores to get a Gold Spartan, unless you didn’t want the green hands lol. Mostly just the over reliance of black IMO. Navi and Sentinels were better IMO Season 1, which are sadly locked to kits.
Hell, Optic Gaming gives me 360 vibes now that I think about it.

Bound is He, He is Him.
That really sucks. They were by far one of my favorite teams. Guess all the armor I got is for nothing. ![]()
I don’t see anywhere that says Cloud9 will be participating at the Major and looking at their website I only see 3 players on the team, which was news to me.
I say other
Aka me
1v16 me, Faze Clan+Cloud9, imma send em to the shadow realm lol
Delays and disconnects ![]()
Yea i guess we need to fix that!
I voted other, the real winners will be 343 and Microsoft. They get the advertisement need to push the game but the community as a whole will lose out as more and more adjustments will be made to make the game more exclusive to the hardcore/Pro players leaving the casual players (largest player base) to deal with a sweat fest dumpster fire of a game.
Yes, you know it fellow Spartan!
At this point I’m wondering if winning will mean anything. I haven’t seen a series go more than one game without “technical difficulties.”
I haven’t watched but is this true?
The HCS is fun to watch but the winner is usually one of the same two or maybe three pro teams with different rosters of the exact same rotating pro players.
I prefer watching the events outside of America because you get to see some new Pro faces. In NA, it’s the same pros with different team names over and over and over… just place your bets on Optic or SpaceStation(Cloud9’s last year roster) and you’ll have the best odds.
