Well, since i completed the game, i want to ask everyone, what is or was the hardest achievement you spent time trying to get or in the process of getting it. Personally, the hardest achievement i got was, Tying Up Loose Ends.

I have to agree. That one was a pain too. When i was going for that, i was like, “i really want to nail the little suckers”.
Leave It Where It Lay was probably the hardest for me. I did have the bandanna skull turned on, but I had so many problems when it came to dealing with enemy vehicles.
I am only missing “Look Out for the Little Guys” but the hardest achievement for me has to be “That Just Happened”. I tried for so long to get it on co-op. But my partner kept on killing me with his infinite grenades. I got it pretty easily when I tried it solo though.

That must have been really frustrating if you did it single player. It was annoying enough doing it in co-op. I got that one last night with a friend and we did the trick/glitch where one player crouch jumps through the window just under the skull and sits as far on the edge as you can get while looking down then the other player dies and spawns on your head, jumps over then you kill yourself and spawn up there next to them.
Personally? It has to be That Just Happened. Even on Co-op, it is frustrating! Watch out for the little guys can easily be done with co-op. Speed Reader was easy for me because I got it on my first try.
The hardest achievement for me is the one i don’t have yet. Defeating the library in 30 minutes on legendary.

Yeah I did it single player and yes it was really frustrating.
I completed the game on Legendary yesterday, and after seeing the time I had left I think Never Tell Me The Odds is going to be frustrating.
‘Watch out for the little guys’ was without a doubt the most annoying for me, there wasn’t really any hard achievements in the game just some that required you to consume some time. I was so tempted to just smack those small fellas in the face every time I walked by them.
I thought That just happen achievement was easy I did it solo on Heroic. The enemies respawn about 2-5 times in one area and with infinite ammo why complain once they stop respawning I went to the next area where they respawn plus it helps if you know where the triggers are once you pass them the enemy respawns and if you go back behind the trigger the enemy stops respawning and then do it again until they don’t respawn. It took me 58 minutes to do but there was no enemies anymore which was awesome.
Watch out for those little guys was a pretty hard achievement.
The second hardest was to not pick up a single weapon.
