I watch the Halo world championship and I didn’t get any red packs please help

The HWC special REQ packs are obtainable during the finals which begin at 4pm PT on 3/20/16. The REQ pack can be obtained from that time until 9am PT on 3/21/16. Must watch the finals via the Xbox Live Event viewer on the console or via Twitch.

I was watching the finals I downloaded the pack but I didn’t get a req pack in halo 5 ive Uninstalled the pack and I still don’t get a pack within the game
