So 343 said that every game and every book has lead up to halo 4 but i have a werid idea about the halo story line. To me it was odd at the begining of halo 2 to be in a friendly base unsc. but what if halo 2 wasnt suppose to happen. The gap from halo ce to halo 2 story was a bit odd. What if there halo4 idea was suppose to be after one but bungie knew that the halo 4 they want to make wasnt graphicly possible at the time so they made the halo two we know today. image after halo one you are in the long sword in the middle of no where and there is the unknown halo 4 planet. It would make more sence dont you think. Finish the flood and the covanent and a halo ring then you find this planet. But instead we start the halo 2 we know today. Then after two they going to have halo 4 storyline but due to time they couldnt finish halo 2 storyline in game and made another one called three. After three they had the tech graphicaly and the time to make halo4 but then microsoft said no more master chief in your games and made 343i which started on the halo 4 project. Just an idea i thought of, i wanted to telll everyone about. What are your ideas on the halo storyline. You can write how you think halo 4 is going to start or something else about the halo storyline like i did but please dicuss.
Well, that gap between Halo CE and Halo 2 is closed in First Strike… but I think I can see where are you coming from.
And since I have no idea about how I’d like Halo 4 to start, I’ll let that to others. 
I know i have read the book i was just thinking about that while i was typing the OP
