Please do not focus on movement mechanics. There’re plenty of other posts for that.

What type of new things do you want to see in Halo Infinite? This can be anything from weapons, vehicles, all the way to level/map design.
Personally, I’d like to see bigger, more transport vehicles around. Imagine if in some maps, there were spots that pelicans were docked, and you could hop into it and carry passengers in the top gunner and the storage bay. The pilot could have a turret like in Halo 4. The same could be said about the other team having a phantom. A humans vs. covenant game mode that is not invasion, but still a variation of BTB would be really cool imo. Even if the gamemode doesn’t come, being able to fly those bigger vehicles would be awesome.

For the infection/flood gamemode, it would be really cool to actually fight flood forms instead of green spartans. Halo 2A got it pretty good, but they still didn’t have the same look as the flood in the campaign (having the flood break apart in MP would be a cool detail also). Maybe there could be the basic flood mode that we already know, but then an alternate one where the players can play as different flood forms and have different stats/roles.

My last addition that I can think of right now would be the H2A gungoose coming back. I always feel very defenseless on the mongoose, but the halo 2 gungoose at least gave you a chance.

I think Halo 3 Equipment should be revisited and expanded upon. The Jetpack could work with limited fuel. Turrets could help during objective gametypes. I’m sure 343 could cook up new ideas. Best of all, is that they’re map pickups on a respawn timer, which means they are completely optional depending on the gametype or playlist.

I personally like the idea of haveing more vehicles and not like the mongooses but with guns i mean like some of the new things from halo wars 2. i think it would be cool if a team can chill on a player run scarab. I’d like the whole thing to be run by player all guns legs and turrets. i would want big things like that.

I’d like the return of the Reach jet pack, though I’d rather it not be a map pickup like some have suggested. A larger variant of BTB with something along the lines of 20v20 could be fun, maybe have some AI on both sides to add to the battlefield. More vehicles like the elephant from Halo 3 would be fantastic as well, I’m sure everyone would appreciate that.

Larger game modes would be very fun. The only thing is the maps need to be made for BTB. I just played a BTB on MCC, and ended up getting 8 man team snipers on Boardwalk, and my gosh that was an awful match. As long as the maps are fitting to the player count and vehicle size, it should be good.

More vehicles, like units in Halo Wars 2, Cyclops would be my favourite add

Transport vehicles in both the campaign and customs would definitely be a welcome addition. People in 5 modded phantoms with banshees, so it would be a welcome phase to see them as actual vehicles. For forge, bots could be a unique thing to add. Imagine, in the case of the flood, there are AI flood types.

For other sandbox purposes, one thing I really would like to see would be a proper balance between air and ground vehicles for each faction in the campaign.

Yes I agree with this, Jetpacks would be nice to have.

yeah i was gonna say that but i don’t like the fact that you could basically snipe someone across the map with it

I kinda feel like Halo 4 was a mix of both because it was ray traced like halo 2, but had bullet spread like halo 3… just felt somewhat better to me. I really hated the sound 4s had tho
