Gears pops off a few shots with his SAW and kills a several rebel guards.
“Rook, please try to keep up!” he yells over his shoulder.
Gears puts his SAW up and grabs his DMR. He rushes into the lab around the corner.
“Gears!”
“Reaper?” says Gears.
“Don’t worry, Blaster’s stupid mind control wore off. I want to help you save your brother.”
“Phoenix?”
“Lie detector says he’s telling the truth.”
Rook catches up only to see a rebel with grenades strapped to him
and he runs to gears

the suit engages overshields and speed rook runs into the soldier and the grenades go off

As Gears is leaving, he trips over a spartan clad in white armor. He is to intent on finding Moose to notice.
Rook emerges from the smoke and sees gears running and sees the spartan on the ground and heads towards him

As Rook is trying to wake the white spartan, another spartan in matte black with dark red trim Venator armor comes up and puts his hand on his shoulder.
In a deep unemotional voice

“Sorry I never knew the guy do you know him wait a second”

rook pulls out his pistol
“where did you come from”
“Put down that pea shooter. Who I am does not matter right now, getting the job done is all that matters”
Walks away with M392 DMR in hand
“How do you know about my friends mission”
says rook as he lowers his pistol

rook then sees a rebel take up his sniper and rook gets his bow (it looks like the one in crysis 3) and fires
