Rook sees a blood trail and follows it to the main core

rook sees a bunch of timed plasma grenades rigged to blow if removed

they blow creating a vacuum into space rook stabs his knife into the ship to keep from flying outside
Gears activates is TDU, sending everybody back in time 5 minutes ago. Gears sees his past self shoot Scar in the face. The current Gears then proceeds to shoot and stab scar in the face. The past Gears assumes what happened and helps. Together they kill Scar. The TDU then deactivates, and everybody is back on the ship, perfectly fine, with a dead Scar.
“Time travel is the best invention since duct tape.”
“What happend”
says rook realizing he can still remember what just happend
“You should remember.”
“That’s right I came to the future with you that TDU gave me back a memory”

“A memory?”
Artemis looks at Rook with concern.
“You said you had all your memories back.”
“I have most of them but this memory is not mine it’s your brothers why do I have his memory gears?”
says rook
“Rook, take off your helmet.”
Rook does so. Gears walks up and looks at the back of Rook’s neck. What he sees makes him drop to his knees and break down in tears.
“Wha… What?” stutters Rook.
“My, brother…” Gears continues to shed tears. “He has that exact same birth mark.”
Artemis walks over and hugs Gears as he continues crying.
“Whats going on we all know I am not your brother I am from the past not the future something went wrong a anomile something is not right gears what is your last name do you even have a name”
say rook as he puts back on his helmet
“You’re a clone.”
Gears pulls a cloak out of a box and wraps himself in it (It looks the Legend of Six Coyotes cloak in Destiny.).
“So this whole time I was your brother that’s why I came with you”
gears walks away before he can finish
“Why am I a clone what happend Artemis”
says rook
A new Spartan enters the room. He is in purple and black armor and is armed with two SMGs and a battle rifle slung over his back

The spartan rests his hand on his SMG ready to grab it if needed
