Honestly, I’m quite disgusted with how un-grateful and needy the Halo community is now. A company makes mistakes on the launch of a huge title game and it’s as if it was a surprise. These things were bound to happen, and there really isn’t anything you can do about it.
They sent out specialization codes for several days, and yes, it took me a while to get mine. I eventually received it though just like so many other people did.
The mappack was free. Why is this a bad thing? You paid $25 for a map pass (yes, I bought it too), but so what? It’s just a measly $25…that is honestly nothing at all. To the people who bought the Limited Edition though, did you just buy the LE for the map pass only? If so, that’s entirely redundant. You could have bought just the game and the map pass. You’re purchase came with other things such as the early specialization code (which many people didn’t get). It’s really ridiculous how most of you are acting.
343 Industries and Microsoft are great companies that do care for their customers. If you give them time, they will solve the issue. Things do not happen with the snap of a finger people. So how about you stop crawling on the ground trying to scrape up whatever you can in “compensations” like a bunch of poor peasant mongrels because they made a mistake? Computers and humans have malfunctions, and this is an example of one. Just get over it, move on with your life, and stop raising your blood pressure. I know that’s not good for some of you and if you’re complaining about $25 or $100 then that hospital bill will cause an aneurism.
