The Halo 5 Birthday Pack

Math time!
One gold pack = 2.99.
The Halo 5 Bday pack gave you 5 permanent unlocks (if available).
2.5 x Gold Pack = 5 unlocks.
2.5 x 2.99 = 7.47
So, 343 spent $7.47 on a birthday gift for Halo 5.
Cheap parents…
edit
this is more like a gift bag for attending the party
which all in all its pretty good
but that means Halo 5 didn’t get any presents.

Thats pretty good math.
I would hate 343 to be my parents.

It was halo 5’s birthday, not yours. If you want to look at it that way, those are the party favors that went to everyone who played the game (I,E. bothered to show up to the party). So multiply that 7.47 by thousands.

I guess 343 is more like a stepmom.
Bungie always bought Halo fancy new clothes.

I didn’t say it was my birthday today, so I don’t understand that.
And now that I think about it, I guess this was more of a gift bag to the people who came to Halo 5s party.
But, then what did Halo 5 get for its birthday?

I’m sure if you checked the profit margins, you wouldn’t be multiplying by mere thousands…

Did they? All of the Anniversary games were released under 343’s direction of the franchise, if that’s what you mean by fancy new clothes.

Yes, the recollection of the release date of Halo 2A failed me by the time I made that post.
But I thought Bungie remastered Halo CEA?
My timeline is all messed up now…

The Waypoint page for CEA says this:

> Developed in a partnership between 343 Industries, Saber Interactive, and Certain Affinity,

Apparently that’s what you get if you unlock all permanents.
