Happened to me earlier, I just gave it some time and it fixed itself.
Where did you wait in the XB360 dashboard or Halo 4 menu?
Iv been waiting for about 3 hours and still not able to join
I am having the same trouble. It displays the exact same thing. Stupidly enough, my NAT is Open so I don’t understand what is going on.
