I just saw a guy with it on during he match, there is only one district difference between the new and old one, in short: the boots are more segmented and less armored. You can see it in all the assassination cards. However the new design has a completely different boot design.
Is is there a way to get it? Or was it a glitch?
The Mark VI, Mark VI Satrap, Mark VI Primus, and Mark VI Regent armor sets match your description and are on all the assassination cards. They are obtainable through the req system and range from ultra rare (Mark VI and Satrap) to legendary. (Primus and Regent)
No kidding, the Mark VI gen 1 and gen 1 damaged are the only ones o have unlocked. Time to grind
