In the second trailer there is a halo 2 battle rifleThe trailer look at 49 seconds there is a halo 2 battle rifle. Does this mean req variants?

But the textures are the exact same maybe he found it in the ring left there from when halo 2 was set. I’m not a lore guy so not really sure if that would work

Halo 2 was set on ‘Installation 2’ while I think Infinite is on ‘Installation 9’…so its a completely new Ring…i see it from a UNSC perspective, the H2 Battle Rifle carries across many games and years just like military weapons in todays army.

O ok but in halo 5 theres a new battle rifle and in halo 4 there’s a new battle rifle. Could unsc forces been on that ting before
