Is this just a glitch or a mod? Because I ran into a whole team of them today and you couldn’t aim for the head. You had to body shot them to death it was really stupid.

It is a mod. If you see them, please File a Complaint on their gamertag to speed up the process of them being found and banned.
Do not post their gamertags on the forums, as that violates our Calling Out rule, and likely wouldn’t trigger any action anyway. Filing a complaint is the best way.

This^^^. I haven’t seen this MOD yet, however I have heard of it. If you see these people just file complaints and submit player reviews to avoid them in the future.

There are no rocket launchers in SWAT, which is more or likely where it is most prevalent.

I would say it’s an issue in all playlists. Even Infection.

Select them in the lobby or scoreboard, and view their “gamer card”. There, you should have the option to file a complaint for cheating.

Click/select their gamertag, and near the bottom of the menu it will say "File Complaint. You’ll go through some more menus explaining some choices for your complaint.
You may want to submit a review to also avoid them in the future, which can also be found in their gamertag menu.

Open their profile, select the bottom option labeled “File a complaint”. Try looking under “Recent Players” if it wasn’t that long ago.
